Switching from owning a property to renting an apartment

I live primarily in CO Springs.

However, I am periodically expected to relocate briefly due to my job… I might spend someplace from a month to a year in a current location, and at one time, I owned my own home, then whenever I was going to be away for an extended stay, I rented it out.

A lot of people are interested in a fully furnished property in CO Springs. It is such a charming area! The arrangement worked out well. A short while ago, I had a unquestionably unusual and unpleasant experience. I was required to spend eighteen months in the northeastern part of the country. I rented my property to a family for the duration. When I returned, my apartment was destroyed. Although the rental agreement specified no pets, there was apparent damage from numerous pets. The apartment stinked of pet urine. The moldings, floors, doors and furnishings were scratched and chewed. There was an abundance of fur and an infestation of fleas. I was faced with broken windows, handles missing from cupboards, stained appliances and plugged drains. There were holes in the walls, burns in the carpets and tears in the couch cushions. At that point, I decided to change my residing arrangement. I figured it would make my life a lot easier to rent an property rather than own a home. Instead of going through the lengthy and luxurious ordeal of a conventional sale of the property, I reached out to a money property buyer. I found a local company that purchases properties in as-is condition. I wasn’t asked to make any repairs. There was no demand for an inspection. I didn’t have any worries over an appraisal. There weren’t any fees or commissions. The entire process was completed in under ten mornings. I acquired the full amount. This allowed me to pay first and last month’s rent and buy some current furnishings.
