To me, it always seems like Jacksonville house investors are always looking for new and innovative ways to make money and figure out how to make things go their way.
I have been living down in the northeastern part of Florida for a long time now, and sometimes I sell Jacksonville real estate. It’s not something that I do all the time, because I really enjoy another job that I have. However, when I step in and sell some Jacksonville area real estate, it always makes me laugh whenever I meet a new house investor. These guys really know what they are doing whenever they come down to buy Jacksonville property from me. Sometimes they will pay cash for apartment buildings, sometimes they’ll pay cash for homes, and then sometimes they’ll pay cash for other properties down here in Florida. It’s funny to see them with these big stacks of cash. It’s almost like they are making some kind of illegal deal or something with me, but that is never the case at all. Everything that we do when it comes to Jacksonville real estate is always above board, that’s for sure. If I ever get paid cash for properties down here, I always make sure that everything is completely legal. I don’t want to accidentally get in trouble for anything at all, nor do I want any of my cash home buyers to get into any kind of legal trouble. So far, everything has been great with my part time job.
