Jacksonville condo investors never cease to amaze me with their creativity.
To me, it always seems like Jacksonville condo investors are always looking for new, innovative ways to make money in addition to figuring out how to make things go their way.
I have been residing down in the northeastern part of Florida for a long time now, in addition to sometimes I sell Jacksonville real estate. It’s not something that I do all the time, because I absolutely appreciate another job that I have. However, when I step in in addition to selling some Jacksonville area real estate, it always makes me laugh whenever I meet a new condo investor. These guys absolutely know what they are doing whenever they come down to buy a Jacksonville house from me. Sometimes they will pay money for house buildings, sometimes they will pay money for homes, in addition to then sometimes they will pay money for other properties down here in Florida. It’s funny to see them with these substantial stacks of money. It’s almost like they are making some kind of illegal deal or something with me, but that is never the case at all… Everything that my great friend and I do when it comes to Jacksonville real estate is always above board, that’s for sure. If I ever get paid money for properties down here, I always make sure that everything is completely legal. I don’t want to accidentally get in trouble for anything at all, nor do I want any of my money home buyers to get into any kind of legal trouble. So far, everything has been good with my part time job.
