I have lived in Jax, FL most of my life and then my buddy and I decided I wanted to move to a cooler temperature. It was fairly easy packing up and going. I rented one of those pods to carry all my heavy furniture, clothing, books, shoes, and other items. I got my arena of labor to transfer me to a new section of their corporation. I also told my family, said goodbye to my friends, and planned to leave. The last outstanding item on the agenda was that I needed to sell my Jax FL property. I started looking for Florida money house clients. I knew I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with a real estate agent. The Northeast Florida real estate clients were certainly great to labor with. They didn’t need me to do anything. I was allowed to leave whatever I didn’t want. I didn’t need to make repairs, clean, or do any sort of replacement. I basically agreed on a price tag, signed papers, and then left at the date my buddy and I agreed on. Honestly this was the best situation for me. I liked being able to totally close a chapter of my life. There was no back and forth or stress in the situation either. I already had to coordinate a whole bunch of things moving to an odd state. I didn’t want to deal with Jacksonville loft on top of that. So I am glad that I went with someone who buys homes for money fast. It was the best thing for me.
