She then had me buy him out and it was just mine. I hated being a proprietor. I hated that the household wasn’t someplace near me. I could never get that level of money back from rent. I put my foot down. I looked all around for insurance and couldn’t get anyone to insure with an old, but perfectly great roof. I started looking at selling. Nobody wanted to buy an on market household with no insurance. So that is how I found a Jacksonville household money buyer. The lack of insurance and the mess I was dealing with was a minor setback. I genuinely got a great deal since the woman felt the insurance was absolutely fixed. I was glad to just get rid of that horrible rental. Now I have money in hand and no more work. I have never been so thankful to not have to call anyone.
